Returns & Exchanges

Please note, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you’ll receive a store credit for the full value of your returned item. Your store credit will have no expiry date, so you can use it whenever you’re ready.

We’re happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return, please email contact@harloweofficial.co.uk to request the returns address.

Please note, customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning their parcel.

Sale items are non-refundable. Please do not return these items as they will be returned to you. 

Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, all swimwear, hair accessories and earrings must be returned with the original plastic lining intact. Returns without the plastic lining will not be eligible for a refund.
