Shipping

UK Orders

All our orders are delivered via Evri or Royal Mail.

Please note that all our products are made to order, so standard delivery typically takes 7-10 days.

International Orders

Please note Harlowe are not responsible for any custom charges and these must be paid by the customer.

Returns

Please email contact@harloweofficial.co.uk if you are wanting to return your item. You must include the following in your email:

1. Name 

2. Order Number

3. Reasons for return (images if necessary)

Please note returns are only processed if the item is faulty, not as described, unsuitable or late. If they are neither of the following we can only issue store credit of the amount of your order.

We will email you over a prepaid returns label (UK orders only). This must be posted back to us within 14 days of the item originally being delivered. Please note international orders will be responsible for returning their items and cover the fee.

Customers have 14 days to send items back to us from the day you receive your order. If a returns label is created during the 14-day window and has not been used within this time, your return will be rejected. If you have reached out to Customer Services before your refund is due to be processed, we will politely refer you to this page.

We are operating as a small, independent retailer, and each refund is processed manually by our returns team. We ask that you please allow 14 business days from the day your return reaches our warehouse for us to process your refund.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the label intact. Any items received that have violated these terms, it will be at our teams discretion as to whether the return is accepted. Should we receive an item returned in an unacceptable condition, our returns team will notify you via email. If, after 72 hours, this email has not been replied to, the rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Please note sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless they are faulty.
